Accident Procedure

When a Driver has an accident they are to call the Accident Hotline 1 (317) 600-6398 and one of the Managers from the Safety department will handle taking the report and gathering all information to complete the accident report. They will contact Dispatch and the Shop as needed. If the Driver calls or sends a Qualcomm message to Dispatch first, (to report an accident) have the Driver immediately call the Accident Hotline.

The Safety Department will notify Dispatch that a Driver was involved in an accident. The Safety Department will tell the Driver to contact Dispatch after they have completed their accident report. The Safety Department will also notify Dispatch about the accident.

The Dispatcher is responsible to take care of the Driver's needs (ie Hotel, Taxi, Uber, Rental, etc.) you are also to contact Customer Service if there is a load attached to the accident.
