Broker/Local Loads

POSTING A TRUCK:

  • To get access to Load Board email bfrantz@xpresscargoinc.com and he will send you link

  • All trucks must be posted on board or emailed to Sales no less than 24 hours before delivery date. Get with your planner before posting the truck to find out where to send the truck. Always put the drivers PTA 6 house or more to give time for unloading. NO Company or Lease Purchase trucks are allowed to go empty more than 75 miles anywhere without approval from Jayvee or your planners. We need make sure are generating revenue for every mile that the driver runs because we are paying the drivers for every mile that they run. Once you have that confirmation, you can go ahead and post the truck as shown below:

  • Once the load has been booked by the sales department they will send you the rate confirmation via email. It will be your responsibility to forward that confirmation to customer service so that they may put the load into the system.  After the load has been put in the system and assigned to your driver by your planner, you will need to dispatch the load to your driver as you would normally do and then call the number provided to you in the Planning comment to confirm driver information with the broker.

How to tell if load is Brokered Out:

You know if it is a broker load by looking at the first column of Order Planning or Driver Management.  .  If it is not listed as FASTBRIN or XPREININ you know it is a broker load.
