Check Call Format

  • To access this screen you can do it from Dispatch Management or Order Planning screen.  Put you the blue line on the driver you want and Click the “Callin” button.

  • If you speak to driver: Confirmed delivery date, day, time and temperature and whether it unit is set to continuous or on Intelliset; if on refer load. If your driver has Qualcomm, send him a message first and set your reminder for 3 hours to call the driver if he/she has not responded to your message. All this must be noted in the call-in.

  • If you have not spoken to driver: You must leave driver a message and send a Qualcomm message to confirm delivery (date, day, time). Then you must set your reminder to call the truck back within 3 hours. All this must be noted in the call in. If you cannot reach the driver and there is an immediate need to reach the driver you can use the Qualcomm website and send an emergency Qualcomm message – click the Priority box (see below).
