D1 Messages

D1 messages are to be used for all important information.

  • Driver related:

    • If a driver is sick

    • Unable to reach a driver

    • An additional contact number (just until we can get it updated)

    • If there is no PTA the reason should be stated in the D one message.

       

 

 

Pass down information daily use the “Callin” screen that the day shift driver manager needs to pass down to second shift and night shift driver managers and vice versa. Example: Delays to pick up or deliveries, appointment request has not been answered or changed yet on Customer service side.
