Early/Late Arrival Request
All early and late arrival requests must be sent by our Google board in the format below:

Early arrivals must be requested on the day of loading, no later than the date after.

Late arrival must be requested on the day of loading, no later than the date after.

We really need to closely monitor and make sure the drivers are covering enough miles after they get loaded.

Same with these teams, I see a lot of these guys stopping 4-5 hours every night on Hot Loads.

Some ways you can monitor this check on the R:Com/Omnitracs stops and make sure these drivers are not making frequent stops and stopping for long periods of time.

Hold the drivers accountable and ask them if you see them not doing what they are supposed to be doing and write them up.

Because when they get to California and complain about not getting hot loads we can explain to them why we aren’t giving hot loads to them.

We really need to tighten up on the drivers so we can increase service, if the driver is not 100% confident they can make delivery let’s try to switch the load or look for a backup running behind them.
