1. Right click on the stopped trailer on your RCOM screen and select create location here

2. Double click on the triangle that pops up behind the trailer and drag the red perimeter box over the trailer

3. Name your location by clicking on the location item on RCOM, Then drop down the unapproved column. Match your New Location number and rename your trailer. Right click on your new location and rename it.

4. Enter your  Re-named location in the Location details and Save  Changes to Database.

5. Return to you Vehicles tab and right click on the trailer and add an Alert and Select Create Watchbox Alert

6. Changed the Action from Enters to leaves and key in your saved location.

7. Change your Alert contacts to the dispatch Email and save it.

8. When the trailer leaves the location you will receive an email stating the trailer.
