How to set the Intelliset

 

Step 1: Turn on the unit & waiting for the screen says status ok (during this time the unit will go through micro self-testing)

Step 2: Hit the select button then the equal button to access the Intelliset’s.

Step 3: Scroll up and down to select the product or the closest Intelliset to the temperature the product is required to run at.

For example : If the product that is being hauled is Watermelon and sense there is no Intelliset for Watermelon but the temperature the customer requires is 45 degrees. You can use the Honeydew Intelliset to run the Watermelons.

Step 4: Once you have found the correct Intelliset to run the unit at you need to have the driver press the equal sign and wait for the carrier unit to say status ok.

 

How to tell if Intelliset is set

 

There are 3 ways you can verify that your driver has the Intelliset set on the carrier unit.

1st: The temperature module on RCOM will be colored in and if you hover over the icon it will show Start/Stop.

2nd:  The temperature tabular data will give you three readings. Set point, Return, and Discharge. The discharge should never go 2-3 degrees higher or lower than the set point.

3rd: The fridge mode will bounce between Cycle Sentry & Continuous.
