Loading Produce Driver Procedure
Step 1: When loading produce ask Loader if you can count and inspect the product.
​
Step 2: Check condition of fruit, look for cuts, bruising, and discoloration.
​
Step 3: Pulp temp the product.
​
Step 4: Make sure the count matches before you leave.
​
Step 5: Ask how the product was loaded and relay to your dispatcher.
​
Step 6: Must use three load locks.
Step 7: Take pictures and send them to your Google account.
​
Step 8: No single pallet on the tail and last two pallets load sideways.
