New Mexico Permit:

During normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM) have the Driver contact the Safety Department.

After hours issue MISC - TCH wire on the load the Driver is on and write in the description box NEW MEXICO PERMIT.

Take a snap shot and email it to the Safety Group.

Oregon Permit:

​

All Drivers entering Oregon must get a permit before entering the State. This can only be done during daytime business hours. This is required to be done every time a Driver enters Oregon.

​

Monday thru Friday - Email the Safety Department with odometer reading, truck number, the route the Driver will take going in to Oregon and the route the Diver will use to leave Oregon.

​

Saturday and Sunday - The Dispatcher will need to apply for the permit and will have to call Jayvee to get his credit card information to pay for the permit. Take a snap shot and email it to the Safety Group.
