TRACTOR NUMBERS

 

Lease Drivers are considered to be Owner Operators however they lease the tractors us.

• 001 – 299 – Owner operators on our authority

• 300 – 399 – Lease operators on our authority

• 500 – 599 – Company drivers

• 600 – 699 -  Company drivers

• 1000 – 1999 – Lease drivers with their own authority

• 2000 -2999 – Owner operators with their own authority

 

TRAILER NUMBERS

 

• 100 – 60000 – Refrigerated - Rental Trailers

• R05 – R399 – Refrigerated Trailers – company owned

• V1 – V59999 – Van Trailers – company owned

• Z01 – Z10 – Refrigerated Trailers – owned by driver

TRUCK AND TRAILER WASHES

 

• After hours they should be able to wash truck and trailer at any Blue Beacon’s without having to pay.  They have to tell the wash facility the company name Xpress Cargo

 

• If they are washing at another facility then issue an advance using the proper code and make sure you reference order number

 

 

• If you are issuing for Tractor and Trailer make sure you key that in on Description Line.
